Magical! Will you share your fudge recipe? Oh! And if I don’t say so before Christmas…have a very joyful and peace-filled Day.

It’s super easy. A few hints…I do the ‘5 minute simmer’ until it’s the color of peanutbutter (kinda sorta), takes a little longer than 5 minutes. After one batch was done I sprinkled sea salt over the top. It really made it pop. Oh my, very good indeed. Also, it’s better the next day, after it’s had time to set up. I left two batches ( 4 lbs) in the staff room at work. It was gone by early afternoon.
